I’ve decided to cancel the Woody Guthrie Folk Club April event as I am overwhelmed with work this month and everyone’s focus is on the May Woody 100 event.

Remember that in May, Woody’s daughter Nora is coming to talk to us and it will be held at the changed venue of Liverpool Philharmonic Hall.

Note that for this month only the club is NOT meeting on the final Thursday but the week before on Thu January 19th.

Oh we just can’t wait for the next Woody – so it’s a good job that it’ll be a week earlier for this month only.

The rest of the year reverts to our usual Last Thursday in the month but in January we’ll be meeting up a week earlier on Thursday 19th January.
