Chile: 40 Years On

I am deeply proud to be playing this event at the Valparaiso Restaurant in Liverpool. It takes place on Friday 6 September 2013 from 7pm.

I will be previewing a song from my forthcoming album which is dedicated to Chile, and more specifically to the two main characters in the song – Julio from the Valparaiso and former Liverpool dockworker Denis Anderson.

Here are the full details of the night. Please come along.

Anne and Julio invite you to an event at the Valparaiso Restaurant on Friday 6 September 2013 as part of the 40 Years On events taking place around the country.

These events mark 40 years since the death of Salvador Allende in the coup of Pinochet on 11 September 1973.

The evening starts from 7.00pm.

The Valparaiso Restaurant is offering a night of good food, drink, music, conviviality, and an opportunity to meet old friends and make new ones from 7pm until late.

The Liverpool singer and songwriter, Alun Parry, will be performing specially for this event.
