Song: Don’t Put Me Name On The Board

This will be new to you, but I wrote this song a few years ago, especially for the children at Whitefield School in Liverpool.

Playing at Hove Folk Club the other week, I dug it out for the fab Robb Johnson, who is not just one of Britain’s top political folk singers, but also a primary school teacher.

It’s the first time I sung it since causing mini insurrection at the school. Hehehe.

It went down well so I thought I’d share the vid with you. It’s just a bit of fun, but don’t we need a bit of fun and mischief at times.

    Absolutely superb Al!
Brought back many many happy memories of that amazing bunch of kids at Whitefield. Nothing better on this Earth than children from Liverpool!

    Thanks for sharing
